Join us in celebrating spring’s promise to returning of the light. Gather with other women to receive three facilitated workshops and a nourishing afternoon tea and dinner. We will move through nature mandala creation and contemplation with Phoebe Hofsteede, a sound, song and stillness circle with Lauren Grace and a Yin Yoga & Sound Bath class with Ana Wahab.

This retreat is curated as a space to pause, rest, reflect and connect in the presence of other women. It is also a space to feel seen and heard, and a place to feel inspired. Most of all it is here to facilitate your wellbeing.

Igniting the Fire Within

At Heavenly Bliss Day, all women are warmly invited to gather for an afternoon and evening of guided experiences, shared connection, and delicious nourishment. Through a thoughtfully curated program, you’ll leave feeling recharged, inspired, and grounded in your feminine energy.

Retreat Highlights

We will explore the theme of Igniting the Fire Within with these guided sessions:

Blessing Bottle Crafting - Facilitated by Phoebe Hofsteede, you’ll combine several natural ingredients, crystals, and your own written intention to invite blessings into your life.

Singing & Fire - Join Lauren Grace in circle and song around the fire to celebrate the season, release what no longer serves you, and call in your personal manifestations.

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath - Conclude the day with Ana Wahab’s soothing Yin Yoga session, followed by a blissful sound bath to gently integrate your body and mind.

Nourishing Foot Bath - Experience a nourishing lemon foot bath following dinner to further relax your nervous system and help you arrive more deeply into your body before yoga and a sound bath. This will be a practice you can then share at home and utilize within your own self care practice.

The retreat will also include a nourishing dinner lovingly prepared by Freja Rasmussen, featuring wholesome, delicious food and drinks to energise and sustain you.
